How do self-serve withdrawals work for clubs, schools and studios?
Uplifter’s self-serve withdrawal tool allows your administrators to set rules for which classes offer self-serve withdrawals. Administrators can also set deadlines that customers have to withdraw by, and they can establish how customers will be refunded.
Once self-serve withdrawals are set, withdrawal buttons will appear beside appropriate classes across your Uplifter system.
How do self-serve withdrawals work for customers?
If a customer wants to withdraw from a class, they can simply navigate to their participant profile or their calendar. From there, all they have to is click the withdrawal button that appears beside the eligible class.
Once a customer clicks the withdrawal button, they’ll follow a few simple steps to withdrawal themselves (or their child) from the selected class.
Then, our custom algorithms can quickly run in the background to automatically determine the amount your customer will be refunded. Once the refund is processed, your customer will see the transaction on their profile and they can move on to register for another class.
