Uplifter Launch in 30 Promotion Conditions and Limitations
- Participation in Uplifter’s Launch in 30 promotion is only eligible for new accounts created after July 15, 2021. Account creation cannot be updated for eligibility. Organizations with multiple trial accounts may not qualify for Uplifter’s Launch in 30 promotion.
- In order to receive Uplifter’s Launch in 30 promotional discount, participating organizations must create a free Uplifter account and, within 30 days, explicitly renew to a paid service plan or set their account to take live registrations.
- Alternatively, participating organizations may request a new Go Live date that falls within 3 months of their original default Go Live date of 30 days after account creation. This request may only be made once. After the new Go Live date is set, it cannot be updated and will be used to permanently calculate an organization’s Launch in 30 eligibility.
- After setting their account to take live registrations by their default or new Go Live date, eligible organizations will receive a discount of $20.00 off their monthly plan fees for three (3) months beginning with the account’s first invoice. Please note: A first invoice is issued at the end of the calendar month that an organization launches.
- Uplifter’s Launch in 30 promotional discount can only be applied to accounts on paid plans including Uplifter Bronze, Silver or Gold.
- Accounts cannot receive credits owing and Launch in 30 discounts can only be used once. Partial discounts will not be carried over to another month.
- Discounts are only eligible for the first three (3) months of service. If a discount cannot be applied to an invoice, that discount will not be carried over to the next applicable monthly invoice.
- Discounts are not transferable into cash.
- Launch in 30 monthly plan fee discounts cannot be combined with discounts associated with the prepayment of monthly fees. Organizations that sign up for prepayment of monthly fees during their eligibility period will no longer be eligible for Uplifter’s Launch in 30 promotion.
- If the organization cancels their Uplifter club software account, any remaining monthly discounts for the organization will be discontinued.
- These conditions and limitations are subject to change under the sole discretion of Uplifter Inc..
