Uplifter Inc. is seeking a bilingual (English and French) Client Support/Success Representative to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring our clients receive outstanding support and service, contributing to their overall success and satisfaction with our platform.
Responsibilities:
Client Support:
- Respond to client tickets and support questions promptly and professionally in both English and French.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Recognize and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
Client Success:
- Ensure clients are effectively onboarded and understand how to use our platform.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are satisfied and to identify opportunities for additional support.
- Proactively address client concerns and work towards resolving them quickly.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support tickets.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions to improve the platform.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and resources.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a client support or customer service role is preferred. Proficiency with support ticketing systems and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ability and desire to work independently & collaboratively as a team
