Bilingual Client Support/Success Representative

pre-scheduled hours but will include flexible evening/weekend after-hours support

Full-time (approx 40 hrs per week)

Uplifter Inc. is seeking a bilingual (English and French) Client Support/Success Representative to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring our clients receive outstanding support and service, contributing to their overall success and satisfaction with our platform.

Responsibilities:

 

Client Support:

  • Respond to client tickets and support questions promptly and professionally in both English and French.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Recognize and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary

Client Success:

  • Ensure clients are effectively onboarded and understand how to use our platform.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are satisfied and to identify opportunities for additional support.
  • Proactively address client concerns and work towards resolving them quickly.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support tickets.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions to improve the platform.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and resources.
 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a client support or customer service role is preferred. Proficiency with support ticketing systems and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ability and desire to work independently & collaboratively as a team
